首先需要对安装布袋除尘器的基础地脚螺栓清理干净，并对钢支柱基础编号，向土建索取基准线，做好标记，根据图纸所示位置，画出布袋除尘器的每个钢柱的坐标位置，用墨线弹出，测量准确作好记录，测量每根地脚螺栓的位置误差并校正、调直。

当布袋除尘器设备到现场后，组织人员对布袋除尘器设备外观、焊接及规格数量进行检查，检查合格后再倒运到施工现场，码放整齐，垫实，按图编号，并与基础相对应。

然后按照土建所给标高调整好预埋钢板标高，通过调整预埋钢板下部螺母来找预埋钢板水平。预埋钢板标高、水平找正后，按图示位置安装柱脚，用水平仪找正，通过调整预埋钢板下部螺母来找柱脚水平、标高。柱脚安装完毕，作好记录，紧死地脚螺栓，然后报验。验收合格之后，将柱脚底板与预埋钢板焊接牢固，并申请二次灌浆。

然后再吊装布袋除尘器设备，吊装布袋除尘器设备前，需将立柱底板划线然后吊起找正后与柱底板螺栓连接。

After passing the inspection, it can be transported to the construction site, stacked neatly, padded, numbered according to the drawing and corresponding to the foundation.

Then adjust the elevation of the embedded steel plate according to the elevation given by the civil engineering, and find the level of the embedded steel plate by adjusting the lower nut of the embedded steel plate. After the elevation and level of the embedded steel plate are aligned, install the column base according to the position shown in the figure, align it with a level gauge, and adjust the lower nut of the embedded steel plate to find the level and elevation of the column base. After the column base is installed, make records, tighten the anchor bolts, and then apply for inspection. After passing the acceptance, weld the column base plate firmly with the embedded steel plate, and apply for secondary grouting.

Then hoist the bag filter equipment. Before hoisting the bag filter equipment, mark the bottom plate of the column, lift and align it, and then connect it with the bolt of the bottom plate of the column.
